Yes Chrissy was very professional and attentive, we would also like to give a shout out to Mark Dykstra who had a minute to talk to us and answer some questions regarding the RAV4 and some other questions we had, he was very kind as we were looking around at the cars in the showroom to stop and ask us if we had any questions or concerns and he ended up talking to us and answering questions and concerns we had, so very much appreciated his knowledge and professionalism, and making us feel comfortable with any decision we make in the future. I was met promptly at the door. The service people were able to answer my question. The parts person helped my get a key for the overhead racks. I did not have to wait long for the service to be completed. The service woman went over what was done and what might be coming up do in the near future. Very friendly staff.
Please make sure that someone does not have Toyota Care still. My husband took my car in for service and got a bill. I told him it was free service and he had to correct the person who checked him out. Otherwise thank you for the service until next time I need it
We did not receive a call from you when the vehicle was ready until my husband called to see if you completed the service.
