Brandon was excellent, He took good care of me and my car. I have gone to Brandon before and have always had great customer service and felt like he care about me as a customer, he will continue to be the only service rep I will use at the dealership. She was very nice to deal with! Professional and personable. Also, it was very nice that two different people opened the door for me to come in and to also leave. Not very many people have good manners these days and it was refreshing that the whole crew went above and beyond! It does make a difference to people like me who appreciate kindness. ;)

The computer was not working when I picked it up so I asked him to email me a service report and a receipt. The next morning I received an empty service report and a text that my car was on its way to be washed.

I came in to have my tire looked at because it was low the service man Scott told me it would be about a half hour and I sat there for an hour and they did nothing but put air in my tire. I am very disappointed in the service I recieved this morning.
