Brandon was awesome. I was met right when I stepped out of my truck. He was pleasant, ready to go and had my service order all lined up. What was really cool was that he showed a sincere care about my new 2017 Tundra by lining my truck seat and then he took photos of the 4 sides —should any work result in damage. Loved that extra effort.
Immediately showed me that the **** Hanna team “Gets it” when it comes to customer service and care. Great communication throughout. Received updated text messages as work started to finish.

It was refreshing to have a service writer with a great personality and attitude help me. Not that service writers in the past have had bad attitudes but o noticed her happiness.

Keeley was outstanding, but the folks that did the service were a little disappointing. Leaving grease all over the drivers side of my truck was unprofessional and very avoidable.

I believe **** Hannah did everything they could for my vehicle, but my vehicle being a chevrolet, and **** Hannah being a toyota dealer, they were not able to diagnose the problem and fix it, within hours o picking my car up, the malfunction light came back on, took it to Chevrolet dealer next day, and they found it to be two sensors and replaced them.
However, Tyler Gonzales was very polite, answered all my questions the best he could, and tried to help in any way possible!
Brandon is the most kind, helpful individual I have ever met in the auto industry. He has helped me with my own vehicle as well as my sons now and his level of knowledge and expertise is unparalleled. He cares about the quality of his work and exceeds my expectations every time I’m in.
