I was told by the sales dept when I purchased my new Tacoma that I would get free oil changes every 5k miles. Scott set me straight and after looking through all my documents and owner's manual, he is correct. Lesson learned, never trust ANY car salesman's words they speak! Get it in writing. I will definitely shop around next time. I also was told the WINDOW ETCHING was already installed and is part of the purchase!! Never did Justin Lapham or the Mngr, who closed the deal, disclose to me that I didn't need the window etching and could reject the cost!!! As for Scott, very pleased with his HONESTY & INTEGRITY!

Crissy provided excellent service but there were problems elsewhere. My appointment had to be rescheduled due to new equipment that was being installed. Plus, I was told it would take about an hour so I decided to wait. After two hours, I was told there was only one technician capable of doing the work and he wouldn't get to it until later in the day. I was given a loaner (which took time to pick up and drop off) resulting in my missing a half day of work instead of the one hour I expected.

My appointment last Friday was at 3 PM. At 4 PM my car still had not been taken back for service. My time is valuable to me, but apparently not to you. I took my car and left before any service had been done. I will not be back.
