Long wait time for tire and wheel install. Had an appointment at 2pm and did not leave until after 5pm. I believe it was due to people calling in sick? I know its unavoidable sometimes. Everyone was very friendly and checked in multiple times, tv was on and there was coffee and popcorn so I didnt mind so much.

I made a 7am appt so I could be to work by 8. I ended up being 10 minutes late because of something going on on the off ramp right there at **** Hannah. I pulled into the service bay at 7:10. My service, which revealed no recomendations, took 2 HOURS! My normal visit is about 45 minutes. Needles to say I was frustrated.

Would of been nice if they vacuumed the floor mats. Car wash has improved I also have problem with 10,000 miles between oil changes

Brandon’s customer service was phenomenal. I came to **** hannah Toyota knowing I was going to have a long day with maintenance and tires. Brandon was sure to check on me to make sure I was doing alright and kept me informed about my car regularly. Never have I recieved such customer service at other dealership service centers.

When I made appt., you had all kinds of time open. Service was overbooked and took 2.5 hours for a simple 130,000 service. Service writer was very helpful and gave a loner car. Our time is valuable. You shouldn't overbook your facility.
