We waited almost 30 minutes for a car wash from our loyalty rewards card and when the car was returned it was still filthy! When I brought it up and asked if they inspect the car before returning it to the customer he said, for just a wash? I then took him to my car where he asked if they could do it again and do it right, like washing a car should take more than once?! I said I would take it somewhere else and he insisted so I gave him my car keys once again and waited another 20 minutes to get it back again. When I got to my house there where still multiple spots on the car that where dirty. The tires weren’t shined and you can tell they attempted to vaccume the front floor but failed at that as well. To say I’m disatisfied is an understatement. I will not return to this location ever again. This is why I purchased my car from **** Hannah in Vancouver. There customer service is far superior to this location... I would rather pay for a wash and vacuum it myself, saveing the time and the headache!
