Tyler was great. Very disappointed that my driver’s side door lock motor has quit working after only 23,700 miles and is out of warranty after 30 months.
When my car went in to you guys my rims were in great Condition and when it came back my rims were all Gouged up and have tons of nics and scrapes

Still not sure about my charges. Also the tires I were told were Yokohamas are called promoters which are not on the Yokohama website. There are other concerns that I have but I am not going to worry about it.
I appreciated the technician explaining the issues that were flagged on my car. His service personally was great. But the floors weren’t vacuumed very well and the car had towel fibers all over it. It almost looked like a sticky substance was left on the car that caught the fibers.
Everything except one thing was awesome. Chrissy did an incredible job. The one improvement was that my car could have been washed. That is not a complaint just a suggested improvement. Tell Chrissy THANKS!

Satisfied overall. However, this is the 2nd time I’ve brought my truck in, told that it would get washed, but then it wasn’t washed. I realize it’s a “complimentary “ wash, however, it’s also a sales pitch for **** Hannah. Les Schwab is $20 cheaper to switch-out studs but I came to you guys because you wash the vehicle (weather and time permitting). Now, I’ve paid an extra $20 to have my studs switched over with **** Hannah, and , I still have to go pay Washman to have my car wahsed????

I needed a Prius 12v starting battery when I brought my car in for service. The cost was $318 (plus tax). I asked about price matching with United Battery in Longview who was quoting and I purchased for $196 (including tax). I was told the difference was labor and the Toyota OEM battery was better. The United Battery I purchased met mfg standards. My point is the dealership should be competitive because not offering any adjustment feels less customer/family focused, which is what the dealership States is a value.

I have to make note of how competent and detailed Crissy was PLUS she was very friendly, smiled and was very positive. This is the first time since I started having my new vehicle serviced at this **** Hannah location where I received such friendly and welcoming service. When I first pulled in there were 3 men sitting at their computer desks and didn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge me for a good minute. Finally one man said - without leaving his eyes from his screen- “has anyone helped you?” And I said- No. Then he asked my name and then asked if I had an appointment all without making eye contact or smiling. He told me Crissy would be helping me and pages her. As soon as she showed up it was like night and day. She smiled, was friendly and asked all the pertinent questions and seemed genuinely concerned to be sure all my needs were met and I was satisfied. This is the first time in two years of servicing my new car that I received excellent customer service.
Brandon provided excellent support. He kept me up to date practically the minute as to what was going on with my vehicle. Great job by Brandon!

Chrissy Loran was by far the best service person I have ever had. She was honostl very helpful kind and she made my visit there. She does an amazing job and I hope to have her help me in the future. Shge went out of her way to make me comfortable while I waited. If I had to rate her 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest shed get a 6. Very happy with the way she does her job.
