My truck is not fixed and still in your lot. You guys broke my front grill and put one on my truck that does not match or look like the one I had I want the one that my truck came with not something different run my vin and get the grill that belongs on my truck. My truck smells like oil after long trips and clanks when you start it sometimes and shifts like crap after heating up. And I was told I had to drop off the rental truck and now I don’t have a vehicle. I was told that the clank I heard that was metal to metal was because I let the truck set for 5 days and that all the oil was at the bottom of the oil pan so it takes awhile for the oil to get to the top so how much damage happened to the motor when that happens. The truck is only 3 years old and I should never hear what I heard no matter how long it sets I will not pick the truck up until it’s fixed. Please feel free to have the general manager call me. ****-****-xxxx

1) there were some scratch and chipped paint on the fenders where the person reached into the engine compartment. 2) the person who was supposed to vacuum my truck out did not vacuum and was smoking inside

I love my car, and I bought it New in this dealership. It’s 40 miles away from where I live to come for service but I chose to do it as I always have great experience there.
