Also very nice that they wash my car so I feel everything is clean and running well.
Very nice also that you have a pleasant person to take me home and come get me when my car is finished.

Scott was great. Came and explained what they think happend to my tire. I'm bummed that at the time Scott sold me the originl tires there was no road hazard insurance I could have gotten for the tires. But he explained that moving forward there would be with any tires I buy from here on.
We bought a new key for our prius 2005. Was quoted 320 for key and programming. We paid 425 were we overcharged?

I had an appointment to bring my '08 Toyota Yaris in, at 9:30am, to have the air bags replaced, due to a recall. I had to drop mt car off early, because I had a job down in Portland. I ended up having to drop it off at 7am. Not only was I pleased that there was even anyone there at that hour, but I was even happier when I was IMMEDIATELY greeted with a smile! They got my car tight in, and had it done by the time I was back from my job, at 12pm! I loved that I got a text and a call, when it was ready, and when I got back, to pock it up, I was helped by 2 people, who were very friendly, and ready to help! I was very satisfied with the service I received, and that everything in my car was back in order. I hope I never have to learn if I am satisfied with the product, as it would mean I was in an accident! All-in-all, I give my first experience with the guys at the dealership a BIG THUMBS UP ????, and FIVE BIG STARS ?????
