I am appalled at the shoddy job @ Kelso **** Hanna service dept. on installation of door trim guards on my 2018 Corolla XLE on 21 Mar 2018. They left off trim on the door bottoms from the ground up of about 6-8 inches. The car sits low to the ground and defies all logic to mess this up. The car door swings out and hits most sidewalks when paralleled parked. Most cities have not raised their sidewalks, but Toyota has lowered almost all cars. I expect the job be done right or a full refund to us is in order.

I made an appointment for an oil change and sat down. More people came into the waiting room.people who came to sit down after me left before me. I was one of the last people to leave. I waited just as long to get my car serviced as I would without an appointment at McCords. I told the sales person that I was going to wait for my car. It feels like other people cut in front of me. Like my oil change was put off until the end. Maybe I’m wrong but it just felt that way.

Tyler, was great. My concern is why ate the tires wearing as they are on our sienna. Why would two tires wear on the drivers side. Web is full of comments about the way the tires are wearing on the sienna. We are looking to turn ours in on a new one but do not know jif we can afford to buy tires for one.

Although my husband ordered the parts last Tuesday, you did not have them and now we have to bring the truck back tomorrow. Have a better system and communicate. I have NEVER heard of a customer having to order their own parts to have service done at a dealership.
