Elizabeth was very nice, however I ended up wasting an entire day and multiple trips to and from the dealer trying to sort out the process of getting the trd grille installed. I was told it could be done when purchasing the vehicle, then told it couldn’t be done after it had been ordered and the vehicle dropped off for the install. I was asked to come down to talk with the finance team to work something out and by the time I got there and waited around for an answer then ended up leaving I was called and told they they could do the install after all. Happy with the end result but not happy with my experience. Very inconvenient for our entire family.
