I could not have been happier with the outcome especially being it was late Friday afternoon when my alternator decided to go out. I took my car in thinking it would be a few days but to my surprise they had the part and got it installed that evening. Thank you so much Brandy & the gentleman who stayed late to install it.
Brandy was fantastic to work with. Thoroughly explained the service details. Found a nail in my tire and explained to me my options. We decided to go with getting all four tires replaced, which I think was the right call for me and my car.

Brandy was amazing. I was impatient when I first spoke with her because of my car being totaled and just having to repeat my situation multiple times. Brandy handled my mood very well, which I know, can sometimes be a challenge. And not only did she do her job, but she went above and beyond without even knowing my situation. She got Usaa to pay for something I was going to come out of pocket for after spending about $7,000 to get a new vehicle prepared in Florida and shipped to Oregon. So all of those frustrations were present in my interaction with Brandy, she didn’t let that deter her from spending an hour fighting with insurance so I wouldn’t come out of pocket. She honestly restored my faith in humanity today because after this accident and dealing with doctors and insurance and claims and people trying to take advantage of you when you’re in a stressful state, I didn’t think there were any decent people left for a minute. Thank Brandy again please, she’ll know exactly who this is. And let her know the music is going to be salvaged from the hard drive because of her help, which will help with my closure from that vehicle and makes me feel ok that it’s a total loss and I can move on.

Brandy always takes care of us, and makes servicing our vehicles so much less of a hassle. We live on the other side of town and Brandy is always accommodating.
