Overall we didnt feel appreciated or helped to the best of our ability. The tech "hollie" seemed short and not very friendly. Besides that we were not contacted when our vehicle was done and most importantly we were not sent our inspection checklist till after we got our vehicle. Had we got it earlier we probably would have done some of the repairs listed, now I'm not sure we will be back to complete them. I've been coming there for 10 years and have noticed changes over the years which is to bad because I've spent alot of time and money there.

Was disappointed my car didn't get a wash.
Sabrina was extremely good! I thought there were 6 cars in front of me and that I would be there forever. I asked that I don’t get my car wash so it would be quicker. She got it in and was done within an hour! It went so smoothly!
Chad did an excellent job of customer service! He kept me informed about the work on my TL. discussed options, and obtained estimates for repairs. He knows his stuff!

James is courteous, helpful and communicated everything I need to throughout my appointment. Great customer service.
I came in for oil change and check on my battery since I have to jump start couple times for the last month.
While I used assessory mode for more than 5 minutes and no more than ten then the engine is failed to start.
According to James I should not leave the accessory mode more than one minute ortherwise I will have problem start the engine.
It's unheard of with my experiences with cars
I might be wrong but my other car have no problem when leave it on more than 20 minutes
I just need verify that the info from James is correct
If it is indeed the truth Acura is not my choice of car to buy

There's a new gash in my paint, Caleb said he would follow up and never called me or anything. The wash job was a complete joke. There were giant streaks on the body that they didn't even touch. Plus it took 2 hours longer than we were told. Also they didn't change the breaks on our mdx even though I told them too.
Sabrina made an extra effort to trouble shoot the issue with my car.
She is professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented.
She is definitely an asset to the service department and organization.
James always is very professional and does a great job.
