James went above and beyond again! Always helpful and respectful. Had our car done when we needed it done. Will drive to Portland just because of James and his customer service.
I wasn't happy about the noise I heard after picking up my RDX. I have talked about it with James and he said that he would make it right.

Very disappointed with your tire for life program. I was told by the adviser on my last service visit that the reason why tire for life claim was denied was that there needs to be 42k miles in between tires and he told me that I should be able to get it on next visit. During today's visit adviser James informed me that I skipped service in 2017 which I explained to him that I brought in twice for Express service and both times I was told there was 4 hours wait. I've been a Acura MDX owner for 17 years and bought last two cars from Acura of Portland. After today's experience I no longer will be buying any cars from Acura of Portland going forward.

Just spent $175.00 dollars on a service B. Changed oil and rotated tires plus new wiper blades and only checked items on check list. Shouldn't have to pay for that should be part of service appointment from the dealership that I bought the car from and continue to bring for service Instead of soaking me for frivolous maintenance task. However, I do not fault the customer service I was given by Brandy Young today. She was super! I'd give her a 10!
