I want to give a huge thank you to James his professionalism and kindness allowed me to have a great experience with **** Hanana. He apologized on behalf of someone else's mistake which I understand that is hard to do. My second visit has put my mind at ease. He went beyond measures to make sure I had a better quality in my service experience. If anyone has any issues or questions about their vechicle James is the guy to go to. Brandy was amazing! I was stressed with personal issues and she was also faced with personal issues out of her control. I had been promised a loaner by someone who really didn’t know the rules. I was upset but she calmed me down and gave me great service and personal attention. She’s a real asset to your team and I’m glad to have met her.
Sabrina was very helpful getting the right services for my car and good at communicating when service tech found an additional issue.
