Caleb Williams was excellent. What I appreciate most is that he was informative and transparent.
Rebekah was very helpful and was able to respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She’s a great new addition to the Acura service center.
Aaron did a great job of keeping me informed on what was going on. The service took less time than I expected so that was a pleasant surprise.. I just made my appointment yesterday and left it as an early bird job and we were through by 11 o’clock which was great. We’ll be back thank you

Took my car in for multiple services and had a problem with it when I picked it up. Brought it back with the concerns and they able to resolved the issue without having the customer pay out of pocket. With that being said, Acura of Portland customer service is excellent, they listen and understand customer concerns. Keep up the good work. I will not go elsewhere for my service other than Acura of Portland.

Sabrina was very kind during my visit. She was sensitive to my schedule and did everything possible to get me back on the road quickly and safely, and while my car was being serviced she provided me with a loaner car so I could get things done in the meantime.
