Brandy was exceptional. I was very happy with all aspects of the service she provided.
My car was towed into the shop today with what ended up being a dead battery. Brandy contacted me before the car even arrived and offered to have a loaner car ready if needed. She was able to let me know the diagnosis, solution and price in a timely manner. The vacuum and car wash was a bonus. I felt well taken care of today.
