James has been awesome from start to finish with getting my car serviced! We have had him prior for another service and he was awesome for that service as well. I feel he is honest and cares about his customers, that is a super important quality to have when dealing with high cost repairs. He definitely excels in customer service! Did not leave sticker in window for next oil change. Had to ask to reset light for oil change. Did not have new wiper blades. Still have oil leak from last year, after replacing the head gasket. None of this is Caleb's fault.Dealer issue.
