So today was the first time I’ve had my car serviced since I bought it. I took it into the Acura dealership and wasn’t expecting such a great customer experience. They set an appointment for me during the week, sent out email reminders, once getting here they greeted me very warmly, were super helpful, and even covered my Lyft to and from a local restaurant so I could have breakfast while my car was getting worked on. The kicker is that since it was my first time taking my car in they offered me some pretty deep discounts. What would have been approximately $200+ was only $30. They sent me text updates throughout the whole process to keep me in the loop. Needless to say, I am walking away from this experience extremely happy and wanted to let everyone know that **** Hannah Acura of Portland is Top Notch and Sabrina Schneider went above and beyond!
P.S. they even washed and vacuumed my car! ????????????
James is awesome! I hope to continue working with him well into the future.
