Then James significantly exceeded my expectations by delivering personal items I had left in the loaner car to my home after he had finished his work day. Many thanks James! While my service from Brandy was great, I cannot tell you how dissatisfied I am with Acura and **** Hannah for the way that they have handled the oil consumption issue with my car! It is completely unacceptable that Acura has coached their organization to tell their customers that oil consumption of up to a quart per thousand miles is acceptable for this vehicle. I have a 2006 Ford Mustang GT that consumes less oil in 3000 miles than what my MDX consumes in 1000 miles! Shameful level of product quality as well as brand integrity.

James is great to work with. Although I was thinking I just needed a simple oil change, I ended up with tires and a new battery too! But as James reminded me-that’s why we bring the car in- to make sure all aspects are safe and in excellent condition. The extra effort of sending along a tech for a ride to help identify an issue was appreciated! Great job, great service and the car drives like a dream again!
