Excellent and very friendly service. As always, I was greeted and taken care of. A small problem was that my car ended up being put in line behind other cars because the staff didn’t realize I was sticking around to wait in the waiting area. As a result my wait for oil change/inspection/wiper replacement/transmission fluid change/wash was over 3 hours. Mostly I didn’t mind as I had work to do on my laptop, but at the end I was worried about getting back to Newberg for an appointment in time. Once Rebekah became aware of the misunderstanding, she apologized, and went out of her way to be sure that they accelerated the remaining service. She also gave a coupon for free next oil change. All in all that was a fair resolution; I don’t mind at all and appreciate the friendly service; would recommend the dealership in a heartbeat. James and Rebekah have done a great job taking care of me at the dealership! Thank you!
