I was very impressed with the Acura team especially James Crawford. I grew up in a family where we always had broken down cars . It always left us with the expectation of car break down on every trip. I’m so glad my car has been checked out and is safe from leakage and had the recommended replacements. It makes me feel like I have a new car . Will be back again !

Caleb was excellent. My only concern was that somewhere between 2013 and now then need to change my brake fluid was over-looked. Caleb found the mistake thankfully. I get all my work done at **** Hannah Acura. So this was disturbing to me.

Please thank the technician for fixing/mounting my backup camera too!! That was super nice of him/her both to notice and to put the small extra effort into fixing it. I’ve been meaning to fix it for weeks and it meant the world to me that he or she noticed and took care of it! Little details like that are the difference between an auto shop and a customer service team. Well done and sincere thanks!
