Rebekah made me feel welcome and explained everything that I needed to have done to my vehicle. She offered me something to eat and drink while I waited for the estimate on my vehicle. She then ordered my ride back to work. I felt well cared for. When I picked up my car, I accidentally left my cell phone on her desk. She tried to get in touch with me and kept my phone safe until I picked it up. You do not get customer service like this anymore. Thank you so much!

Brandy was very professional and I am very happy with the service. However, i am very disappointed that my Acura has a failed powere steering controller when the car only has about 50,000 miles. It seems ridiculous that an expensive and important component like this would fail so soon.

The service department staff did a great job as far as plugging my flat tire. However, I requested my car be washed and vacuumed out and it wasn’t done nor was the service department plastic, floor mat paper cover, nor the ticket number hanging from my rear view mirror removed when I picked up my car. The last time I had my car serviced the car wash was less than thorough. I realize I brought my car in without an appointment but it was a flat tire and was sold a car with no spare. Explain that? I want it detailed at no expense to me.
