Although I still have an issue with acceleration, response time is slow reacting. I dont know if that was supposed to be fixed before when it was recalled but I do not see a big difference on how that was changed. Or if that is an Acura issue that needs to be addressed and fixed.

Our experience with James was above and beyond, our MDX was experiencing intermittent vibration which can be hard to diagnose. He provided us with an RDX to drive as a loaner. He and the mechanic staff did not quit until all the problems were fixed. We forgot to inform him we had purchased an extended warranty so he saved us a lot of money on the repairs! The car is now perfect! He listened to us, and communicated with us keeping us in the loop and gave us what I believe is the best auto service experience in my 40 years of car ownership. Thanks James

We discovered from a mechanic later in the day that the cruise, check engine, skid, and break light signals in our Subaru all stopped blinking when we put the same air pressures in each tire. While your dealership is in the **** Hannah family and deals with Acuras, not Subarus I’m surprised that a gas station mechanic would know to try that but not your factory trained mechanics. Robert was very polite.
