I felt a little blind sided by being charged the full amount of the b 1 maintenance when I really only needed an oil change and an air filter. When I tried to express that and my concern for being charged almost 200 dollars, the cost went down about forty dollars. Being that there’s the coupon for first time oil change, and that I did not get wipers or my e brake serviced, i guess I don’t understand why I paid 157$ and it’s left me feeling a bit salty. I tried my best to communicate my wants and be clear about them, but I guess I didn’t realize how much I overplayed until I had already left. I have always been satisfied with the service at **** Hannah acura, this time I just felt there was trouble with communication.

When calling to schedule the appt and being specific it was a B1 service would be good to receive an estimate. I assumed B1 was a basic oil change and was. It expecting a $200 bill. Also, the service was just shy of 2 hours which seems a bit excessive when quoted 90 minutes at most. The car wasn’t vacuumed and communication was lacking. Overall I was disappointed with the service.

Brandy is always friendly, and thorough. She lets me know what needs to be done, when it need attention. She also adds a little info about performance Acura every time. I know she aspires to have the best driving experience and continues to work hard for your company to earn customers trust. She would be great as a salesperson/finance, or even service manager at one of your many dealerships.
