James was great! Service was more cost than expected... but James was clear and concise with explanation of service.
Pang, the mechanic sure knows his stuff and Brandy made sure we were satisfied!
I always get excellent service from James. He keeps me informed of progress as each portion of the work is completed. Thanks. You folks go above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied.
Brandy was very good and represents your dealership In a very positive manner

New showroom looks great ????????
Ernie was our sales person and was very helpful and took an eduction approach to walk us through the buying process. Thanks Ernie!
Everyone was attentive and friendly and informative from beginning to end. Brenda and James in the service department assisted me throughout my time in getting an oil change. They even helped answer my questions at the end. The only suggestion I have is decreasing on how long a service is completed. I was there for over 2 hours, but I understand it was busy. The service lounge was beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked so it made up for the long hours, but for others who may be in a hurry it may be something to work on. Even the restrooms were clean and pretty. The free wifi also was a huge plus! I enjoyed my stay and would most definitely return! Thank you!
Brandy provided excellent customer service. She was personable and knowledgeable. On the mechanical service side, I was disappointed to see Acura appear to fall into the recall ripoff ploy that Comsumer Reports warns about. Coming in for a free recall repair and receiving $1200 of recommended repairs on predominantly non-mechanical items puts up red flags for the customer, especially when you ask $625 to fix a giggly console storage door, or $200 to repair a loose rear view mirror. Perhaps these are your real labor costs; however, it gives the impression that you are trying to shore up lost time/revenue by inflating the cost of other unneeded repairs in hopes the customer will take the bait.
Miguel was great. He made me feel so comfortable and addressed my issues promptly
Will was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to take care of my needs
