Jerry was very nice service tech. With that said I dropped my car off at 8:20 am to have a oil change. I didn’t leave till 10:50 I was told my car was ready at 10am paid and jerry said that the car was getting washed. It shouldn’t take 45mintonhabe your car was he nor should it take almost 3 hours to have your oil changed.
I always receive fine service from **** Hanna. That’s why I continue to come back even though my car is nearly 14 years old.
I have always gone to the Acura off canyon. Now that I know this location is here with great service I will be back for sure!
