I stated that the radio didn't work, and that I thought it was the code. They gave it back to me without the radio working. Other than that, it is running better than ever. That's $3,000 later though.

For some reason, my brakes got thicker since last visit, also my 3tires wore off evenly since last visit but one tire had same thread. Very surprising to me. I am not sure now that someone actually did measurements.

I was there over three hours for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation . I was told that the car wash people were running behind which is fine. However when I got my car how close to 5 PM, the car had never been washed. This was the first time this is ever happened.

I was told service would take an hour possibly an hour and a half. After just over two hours I had to glad down another member of your staff (not Brandi as I couldn't find her) he went and checked and my vehicle had been done, he checked me out. Brandi hasn't noted the account properly so I was almost charged twice as much as we had agreed then when I got my car that I had made sure was empty so it could be vacuumed it was only vacuumed out in the very front and had been washed but not completely. I come to Acura and pay much more than just lube for the service and personal attention so this was a very disappointing trip!

Cost of oil change seems high. Charged for tire rotation and balance even though they recommended new tires.
