1st. I thought it was going to be a 1.5-2 hour appointment. Turned into 3.5 hr appt! Arrived at 8:38 for my 8:30am appt but it wasn’t entered for another t0 minutes after that. It was just a very longggg time to wait with basically no updates.
2nd. My previous rep, Sam, used to to come out and discuss what was found or tell me where in the process it was. Felt like Sabrina just waited for the text report came and then came out to tell everyone else their cars were ready. I declined the wash at the end thinking it would shave off time, but it was still another 45 min after the ‘it’s almost done’ comment. After 3.5 hours, I was so ticked that I just wanted to leave.
3rd. The initial recommendation on the text report of brake pads and rotors of $289.95 was then corrected when someone else drew up my exit paperwork to $531+. She came over to update me that the price was actually higher and to say she didn’t recommend after market products and those were...yada yada. I had had enough and just wanted to leave. I’ve had my brake pads changed every time Sam advised me they were needed. Are the rotors always changed at 200k miles?
I’ve been faithfully coming to **** Hannah for all car maintenance since 2004 (missed 1 appt in 13 years). And the DH Acura dealership since 2009. Additionally on my husband’s 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Plus having 200k mikes on a 2004, makes me in the market for a newer vehicle. Didn’t feel like my business or my loyalty was very welcome today.
James is a very personable and knowledgeable young man. He is a definite asset to your business. I tell him each time I come in that I can see him having his own dealership one day. I call him Mr. Hannah.

My car repair request items were identified, estimated, addressed and ended up very close to the estimate. No surprises and one item was covered under warranty. Yay!

Hollie and Technician James were wonderful! Hollie kept me up to date on every step of the repairs of my car and James was thorough and immediately knew what was wrong with my car. I had my car at Ron tonkin Acura just a few weeks prior and was not impressed with the way I was treated and that they kept arguing that there wasn’t anything wrong with my car when I knew there were problems.
Thanks to James and Hollie my car was repaired and I couldn’t be happier! Great customer service and follow through!

My car was not washed very well.

My clock was working fine when I left the car; now the digits are only half showing. My car had 3/4 of a tank of gas when I left it. When I picked it up it had a half tank but the mileage was the same. The heater was cranked up to 90 and the fan was on full speed. Looks like they let the car run for HOURS with the heater on and ran my gas out while screwing up the clock in the process.
They were short one tech and this it took 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change and inspection.
