I've done my service at **** Hannah a few times now as I purchased my vehicle in 2016. This was the first time where even though I had an appointment set up in advance I had to wait three hours to perform A1 service. I don't know if this visit was an outlier but I've never had to wait that long for service with an appointment. My previous experiences have all been good but having to wait three hours and then being told if I wanted a car wash it would take an additional hour is a bit ridiculous. I have a dealership closer to my house than this location but always continued to go to **** Hannah because it's been a good experience. Not so sure I want to continue making the drive if each time it's going to be a long wait.

You guys always do a good job, that’s why we’ve been coming to you for 10 years. Sabrina really helped me out today. I didn’t have a lot of time and she got me in and out of there in no time. She was also very helpful in letting me know my wiper blades needed changing along with a couple of air filters. She’s always pleasant to work with and always smiling. Thank you!!!!!!

Brandy knew I was in A hurry to get done and though the estimated time was longer than I expected she rushed and got me out of there with a clean car before the estimated time. Very satisfied
