Unfortunately the mechanic did the brake job incorrectly, damaging the rotor, to their credit, it was quickly repaired, and Hollie was excellent to work with, but it was frustrating for my wife to have to return to the dealership.....

Chad in service was great. After a frustrating 4 month wait for a key fob. I had to call Acura Corporate for assistance, which they dealt with immediately and less than 2 weeks and Chads help I now have my key fob.
