Service rep didn’t call me to tell me car ready for pickup when he said he would do so
I first spoke with James and he set it up for me to speak with Brandie to take my car to ACURA. Within an hour I had the car in shop and Brandie had explained clearly all that needed to be done. Excellent t team work.
