I had an appointment for 1:00 Saturday. I arrive at 12:45 and am told it will take 1 to 2 hours because they are so busy [at least they asked me if that was okay before starting!]. What, then, is the point of making an appointment? I offered to make an appointment for another Saturday and he told me it would be the same because Saturdays are so busy. He suggests a Monday. Again, then why do you make appointments on Saturdays? If you are going to take so many walk-ins that your appointments get pushed back for so long, you are doing a disservice to the people who thought they had an appointment. It’s just s Spring service. If I call for an appointment and there is not enough room the Saturday that I supposedly had an appointment, then tell me there isn’t room until later Saturdays. Or at the very minimum, inform your customers that “appointment“ means a 1 to 2 hour wait on Saturdays possibly. I guess vs. a half-day or all day wait. This is all super rude to your customers who made “appointments.” Caleb did a fine job of conveying the bad news. It is your system that is not honoring your customers.
