Had coupon for oil change- unfortunately ran out of time fir an explanation and don't understand why I paid triple what the coupon said- when I did not need the tire rotation?

My wife and I purchased this car in March of 2017 from this **** Hannah dealership and at that time I was concerned with the brakes being close to needing to be replaced. When we purchased the vehicle there would be a one year warranty or 12000 miles on the vehicle. Well it's been 14 months and about 14000 miles later and just what I suspected that I will have to replace the front brakes and rotors. I’m disappointed that my iPhone 8 is not compatible with the technology package of my 2018 TLX. I hope that you will put in the request to Apple to have them fix the issue with the phone. I am also a little disappointed that they did not wash my car as they usually do when I bring it in for service. With that said I always enjoy my time with James.
Brandy always greets me cheerfully and makes sure she gives me adequate update on the service being done. She has made my transition into a new town and new dealership so much easier. I would recommend her to all my friends!

I got an A1 service and last time I got charged $49.02. This time the same service was done and I was charged $69.49. Also in the past a service consultant named James Crawford told me that I needed to replace my transmission fluid when the car had less than 30,000 miles on it! I am very frustrated and unpleasant with **** Hannah Dealerships and will not be working with them again.
