How could you go wrong with Ryan? Incredible sense of humor and he sure knows a lot about a lot when it comes to VW's....
He was very helpful and courteous especially when I asked if they were using the correct oil for my car. He took the time to show me the part number and the matching product. My car was in good hands:)

She assumed that I wouldn't want my car washed without asking me because I told her that I had an appointment at 12 when it was 10:30. So she cancelled the car wash. I told her that I wanted the car wash and she rectified the situation. So I was happy. The point is don't assume, let the customer decide.

So far everything seemed perfectly fine, no compliants, everything was done in a fairly quick manner. Only improvement would be for the guys that are washing the car to be a little more detailing
