My car had to be towed because the lug nuts were not in the spare kit. I lease a 2017 vw golf. I was out of a car for over 24 hours. I had to call the service department several times to find out when my one tire would be fixed. I asked them to wash my car while it was there and to make sure the lug nuts were put into the spare kit. I was not able to get a runner and had to pay for an uber to go pick up my car. In the end my car was not washed and the lug nuts are still not in the spare kit. I am typically very patient and willing to give great reviews. I was really upset about this experience.
Great service! Although wish I had been offered wheel alignment when apparently that is necessary and recommended after tire replacement! Will have to go back to get this done.

I showed up at 7AM without an appointment with an ailing car. The service writer (sorry I can't remember his name, he was great,) came out took my info and keys and said they'd give it a look. Three hours later, I was driving home.

Grey was great only issue I had was I had my car washed and when I got it back there was a lot of spots that were missed and there was only tire shine on half the tire I get that it was a free car wash but expected a little more quality other then that my over all experience was great thank you
