This is like the third time that I’ve gotten a service done and have been completely disappointed with the fact you guys say you give a complimentary wash and such. My car did not appear washed at all and when I asked about it I was pointed to the fact there was lint from a towel on my car. Besides that little detail there was no way it looked like into had gotten a wash at all.
Gary was very attentive to my concerns, not only did he value my input but he also explained and gave a different escenario of the possible outcomes depending on the state of the vehicle
He was able to diagnose my vehicle and fix it. Was able to work with us in getting into and out of the garage!! Almost feels like a new car now!!
I made an appointment and was told it would be 90 minute. It took 3 hours. And then after i got home we saw that they didnt even wash the roof of the car

On April 27 we came home from a trip overseas and discovered our house had been broken into and one of our car keys was stolen. We went into the service center near closing time and Vladimir was able to assist us with programming our other key. It was quite a relief knowing I did not have to sleep in my car that night in case the crooks decided to return and steal our car. Vladimir is an excellent Volkswagen representative. He has the qualities needed for customer service that guaranties return customers. You are very lucky he works for you and not your competitors. Thanks again.

It took two hours to get a blinker bulb changed. The service was reasonable but the wait was not.
