Ryan is amazing. I really like him.
But, there were alot of red items noted on the inspection that wasn't done until the end of the day yesterday when I picked my car up from being serviced, like $1000 more work.
If someone would have just called me and told me it needed additional work, I would have approved it and you could have kept the car an extra day.
Instead I had to bring the car back again today and get another loaner!
Very very frustrating!
In addition to the $2000 I just spent in repairs, I wanted to buy a new car, but no one bothered to get back to me about it. I could have used the $2000 I just spent on repairs for a down payment on an $7900 Beetle that you had listed on your website.
All and all I'm pretty frustrated with this whole process. Ryan was really nice, but the ball was dropped repeatedly. So much for that new car! I just spent the down payment for repairs, that just ****.
Ryan is an outstanding service manager!!!
I'm just disappointed that there's no cast wash service at the dealer ship anymore. Otherwise, our was great.

Didn’t get a car wash took 5 hours didn’t put the sticker when I needed to come back didn’t email me nothing I had to call
They were rude and didn’t clean anything 80 bucks do flipping nothing
