It stated in my receipt that the floor boards were vacuumed, which was incorrect information, it is not a huge issue since they are just floorboards, but nonetheless if a service was recorded as complete it should done.

Vlad helped me in a dire situation with my car before he knew that I might be a customer, and that earned my dedication to Hanna more than anything else. My car was broken down; in spite of how busy you were, I could not drive before a 5 second repair. I was stunned to walk into the waiting room to wait. Vlad was right behind me to tell me the repair was done without charge. That is top-drawer customer service.
When I came to pick up my car, I saw them jump starting my car in the back lot, from the service area. They then closed the garage door, and my vehicle came around minutes later. I asked if they had to jump start it, to which they replied yes. I asked if they were going to inform me of this, and the attendant seemed confused, and started to backpedal. Not a good experience at all.
Ryan is always courteous and professional. He provides exceptional customer service each and every time.
My only comment would be that I wasn’t provided a loaner car but had to pay for a rental while my factory recall work was done.

Great reception by the service depart. Car taken right in. When ready for pickup got the call, I asked for shuttle service. Got a call from the shuttle service and let me know it would be one or two hours for pickup. That was fine. Then got a call from the shuttle driver 20 minutes out. Thank you. When he arrived and we talked, he was veteran and so am I. We visited all the way back. I thanked him for his service. **** Hannah hit a home run today with our family.
Dylan & the team were welcoming, fast & efficient with my service. My car was ready exactly when promised & everyone was down to earth & coukdnt have been nicer. I look forward to my next service appt! Thank you!
