Vlad has been awesome through and through. He has excellent customer service skills. I am a technical operations supervisor with a team of 12 and I respond to NPS surveys exactly like this. I wish I had 12 Vlad’s on my team. He’s simply the best and I hope **** Hannah places this gentleman in upper management someday.

The front floor boards were not vacuumed, as I was told they would be.If they were vacuumed, then dirty mats were place over them. If that was the case, then why bother vacuuming? Would someone vacuum the floor board and not vacuum, clean or shake out the mat over it? Gary was nice. Professional and everything. No complaints there. I do think they forgot to do the vacuuming.

The issue with the starter is still happening. They said it was due to the key fob battery but it happened again today. Also this is the second time I’ve been in for an oil change and they have forgotten to put the new sticker in the window.
