Rachelle was great and made sure that I was out in time for another appointment. She kept me informed and explained things thoroughly.
Shawn was fantastic. I called him after my car turned off while driving down the road multiple times. He informed me that there were no quick fixes he’d recommend and that I should consider getting a tow truck to a mechanic. I then called the tow company and called Shawn back who said he’s receive the car and text me when it got there as I needed to work at that time. Then he laid out his plan for finding the issue and assessing it. He gave me a realistic time frame and warmed me that he was off the next day but would pass-off all the work to his partner clearly.
He was fantastic and his communication was greatly appreciated. If I come back Shawn is always the guy (or type of guy) I want to work with. Please give him my high regards and let him know his work and communication were greatly appreciated.

Apparently on previous visits I was not informed about necessary services that were missed. I was shocked because I asked severak times the first two years why there wasn't a recommended mileage I could use for anticipating service-- I was told it will show on the dashboard when and what is needed.
And your Lyft service is not as good as the shuttle was.
