I was able to have an appointment for airbag recall the very next week. The service manager offered a lift for me to take me back to my home, I was given a free car wash and the work was done when promised. It was a great experience.
It only took 9 months for someone to finally listen to me, I've been trying to get my window tinting done, which I've been paying for for 9 months, and went through a whole summer without. I figure you guys owe me a lot.

Charging$42 in labor for license marker light change in a complete rip off. Labor for the oil change was only$22, can't be that much labor in a light change!

I don't understand why a alternator that is $200 tops makes labor $700 I feel I was charged incorrect and didn't get my money's worth. A private worker can do the exact same for easily $200 tops!! (Labor wise)
Also when I went to pick up my car, no one helped me... and then standing around and looking for help, I had to call over and over to get an agaent to help me to go to the sales manager office that is employees only! Then I had to interrupt a sale to ask for my car, so awkward. Not worth $1,000!
Service representative was great but quality of service done in installing Expel product to vehicle and the lack of attention to detail in the installation is extremely unacceptable. I have contacted sales representative (Scott Hiltz) with my concerns via email and with pictures as included well as brought vehicle back today and have yet to get a response. I do expect to have the installation issues remedied as soon as possible
