Tyler was not only the perfect gentleman, he kept me informed all the way. When I mentioned to him that a previous inspection of my vehicle indicated a possible battery problem, he looked at it, and then on his own, continued to verify throughout the day that the problem I experienced in the morning was not reoccurring. Kind of “above and beyond“ in my mind.

Michele was great. Very helpful and very responsive. On the flipside and completely having nothing to do with my experience with Michelle, the check in to drop off my car was time-consuming and unexpected. It was a very good thing that I didn’t have anything planned right after the drop off because if I had I would have been late. Hannah service needs to go to a check in model that allows for a quick check in to drop off your vehicle. I’m not sure with this time consuming check in Hannah service would be my first choice in the future.

Rachelle was an outstanding and efficient worker in providing excellent customer service. She was friendly and patient with me even being super busy with so many customers waiting for her. She completed my visit explaining everything to me and making no mistakes. She is a valuable team member and **** Hanna is lucky to have her. Tiffany showed me excellent customer service. She was friendly, sincere, and really cared about my car to make sure it was treated with care since I baby it and don’t want it damaged. She kept me informed on the progress of the work and made sure my wait was short as possible. **** Hanna should be proud of her being such an outstanding part of your team and are lucky to have her working for you. By her actions I will be sure to have **** Hanna do all my future service on my autos.

My 2nd row right seat is wobbling. I noted before the service. Honda service did check my 2nd row seats and concluded nothing wrong. I thank Honda for following up on this. But the fact is, it is wobbling ... very obviously, how could it be nothing wrong. I am very concerned this is a safety issue.

I do need to contact, about the door locks in this car being a factory defective part an Honda not authorizing the appropriate fix for a reasonable price. That did up set me.

I have to return this Friday as the TPMS light returned, which is one of the things that was meant to be fixed. Jerry has been great so I do not blame him. I do however feel I have and will have wasted time on this more than I should have had too by the time its fixed

Rachel is awesome! She is very efficient and has a great attention to detail. I can actually say I enjoyed coming to Honda. Che was awesome! And I was happy with the service; I’ll def keep coming back. The only issue I did have; I wish you would turn the A/C on, in the waiting room. It was really hot outside yesterday, but it seemed hotter inside the waiting room, then outside. But no big deal.
