Austin recommended services for my vehicle marked “critical” they are unneeded. I just had my tail lights replaced last month and I was told at **** Hannah they they needed to be replaced for over $80 each light. After I left your dealership I took my car elsewhere to have the lights checked just to be sure and they do not need to be replaced. I don’t appreciate a business trying to take advantage of someone and charge them for things they do not need. I will have to other items he recommended looked at elsewhere.

I was quoted an hour to an hour and 15 min. Nearly 2 hours later I still hadn’t heard anything. I has taken a Lyft to nearby Target. My son and I decided to walk back and they were finishing up. I would have appreciated a call to let me know what was going on. I feel like time is always an issue there, I understand being busy but please stay in contact with people so they can plan. Thank you

I do not wish to hear from Jeff the service representative who I had to deal with. I was told by him my tires were rotated and it wasn’t true. When I had to come back and again had to deal with him he called someone whom gave me some generic answer not specific to my vehicle. And no where in my paperwork was anything mentioned about a reason for my tires not being rotated. They simply weren’t done. As I’m standing there as he argues with me a service member by the name of Chris came over and I met him and asked him about my tires as Jeff was yelling telling him not to talk to me he spoke to me and answered my questions and offered to rotate my tires. He explained to me the new guidelines but again my tires were in decent enough condition it wasn’t an issue and Jeff told me they were rotated and nothing listed in my paperwork. Overall Jeff was unpleasant, lied to me not to mention late checking me in when I got there and left me questioning if I should trust the rest of the services I paid for were actually done. I can’t say my first experience was pleasant. Can’t say I’d be willing to bring my vehicle back for servicing again. I will say Chris from the service team was exceptional and answered all my questions. And I will say again I DO NOT WISH to hear from Jeff.

Tiffany was great. However when I picked up my car, Austin ‘helped’ me. He was extremely rude, not helpful, and did not go over any of the services I had received. I also never received my free car wash. Honestly, I have never been treated so poorly. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he was so rude I may not be back.

I felt the whole process took too long. I know Friday was busy but for the services provided to take more than 2.25 hours just made no sense. On top of that I felt that the settings on my vehicle should have been reset and were not. One of your staff was busy selling to another customer in the parking lot totally not caring that by standing in the entry way others were blocked and could not leave the parking lot. Not a positive experience at this facility.
