No, I am not satisfied. 1. I bought a new car, for a lot of money and after 2 days of bringing it home, it breaks down on me on the side of the freeway. After a month of being in the shop, waiting for the Cooling Fan to be replaced, I finally pick it up and the check engine light is still on. I was told by an employee that I needed to take it to the Jeep dealership so they can "wipe" off the check engine light because that "always happens". 2. A day later, I take it into Jeep and they check it out--- low and behold, there is still something wrong with the Cooling Fan!!! When the new Cooling Fan was installed, it blew a fuse. So, you are telling me that no one checked to make sure everything was running correctly before I was called to pick up my car??? The check engine light was still on when I picked it up so I know for a fact that that fuse was blown. No one checked. Luckily I didn't break down again before I brought the car back to you guys! I am not happy at all. This experience has not been a good one. I haven't had a new car in over 10 years and this is what happens to me. You can reach me at ****-****-xxxx.

I was very pleased with the reception I received with Robert. He was most helpful in answering my questions, and with procuring a rental car for the day. Was also very pleased with Che upon returning to pick up my car at the end of the day. Along withe the high quality of service, customer service is a big reason why I keep returning to **** Hanna Honda! Best Regards, Kevin S

The service was quick and the representative friendly. My disappointment was on your evaluation of the need for Brake fluid and transmition fluid changing. That was done Around 5,000 miles ago. I feel that is trying to sell a service not needed at this time
