Thank you for taking care of my car. Robert kept me in the loop and let me know what he was doing and got my issue taken care of. He also went 2 step farther by checking to see if I had any recalls, which I had ome that he fixed. Again, thank you Robert!!

I've received text saying that my car is done, walked out to be told it's getting washed. Paid, waited like 10 more minutes just to have my car brought to me with explanation that they didn't realize that my car is on or something weird. The car was not washed at all, I did receive the car wash card but that's not the point. I was looking forward to someone else vacuuming my car :)

I presented a service coupon to the advicer but he said it wis not valid.same coupon i have used 4 time atleast and presented to different advisor each time and they validate that..After showing coupun of 29.49 $ oil change, he gave me 7.00 $ discount that does not make scensr to me..end up paying 50.00 $

My dissatisfaction is only with picking up my vehicle. Robert was at lunch and the young man who helped me (young, dark hair, kind of scruff face - sorry didn't pay attention to his name) could not find my paperwork and did not initially know where Robert was. After 5 minutes he asked me to have a seat and give him "5 minutes" to track Robert down to find my paperwork. At this point I set my stopwatch on my phone. During the next 15 minutes this young man was away from his desk (trying to track my car down I assume), but also helping other people and eating his lunch. He did not come to find me. I waited until he had finished his lunch, went back out and he said he'd tracked it down. We finished up paperwork and I left. Don't you think that's pretty ridiculous? My time is as valuable as yours and 20 minutes to locate my paperwork so I can pick up my car is unacceptable and is not the standard to which I (and my entire Honda owning family) is accustom to. I have to bring in my 2015 CRV for service in the next couple of weeks and hope to have a more positive experience.

Rep was great. Needed new tires, got brand and quote. Then they realized I had the Tires for life and the brand changed????
