I enjoyed working with Jeff again. Just as before, he provided excellent service at my latest visit. Jeff took some extra steps to help me out with a potential warranty claim from an extended warranty. Unfortunately, I will need to go to the original dealer across town, but Jeff made certain that I understood what I need to do next. I am very pleased with the service Jeff and **** Hannah provide. Jeff was very accomodating. I arrived 30 mins early and he still took care of me.he was very pleasant. He kept me updated as to when he thought my car would be done. He made sure the bill was correct and I received my discount. He reviewed the bill with me so I understood it. I was a little surprised to learn from him that if I answered any of the questions on the survey to follow with anything but 100%, his "mark" would be a fail instead of a pass. Jeff did a great job and I don't think he should be penalized with a "fail" if I honestly answer the questions and give less than 100%. The black chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable, they make weird air noises when you sit on them and every time you move they make a noise. If I mark that response as a 50 instead of 100, why should Jeff get anything less than a A+. He has no control over the chairs. Not a very good rating system if that is truly how it works, someone might want to look into that.

I have been coming to see Lisa to get my car serviced for 11 years now. Lisa is so much fun to work with and my car is always washed and cleaned and delivered on time. I am always completely satisfied with the service, it couldn't be better.
