Chuck was by far the best customer service I have ever had from any business. He was so kind and polite and made me feel important and valued. If I owned a business I would totally try to recruit him to be my manager!

Lisa did a great job working to get things straighten out. Even though she had confirmed my window sun visors were in, she couldn't have anticipated that the hardware that arrived from the manufacture would have been incomplete in the sealed box. She worked me into the schedule after confirming that a new set of visors had arrived.

I was satisfied with the oil change, general overview of my vehicle, and customer service, however I thought my car wash was done poorly. When I went to get into my car there was still dirt and gunk on various areas of the outside of my vehicle.
