Lisa is the kind of employee that every company should have. She goes above and beyond to make your customers happy. Dealing with kids leaving for college, husband gone for work and trying to get car serviced, she just somehow made it all seem alright. Worked with my schedule and kept in touch throughout. Taking off my plate dealing with the car, was huge. She's amazing and I will be back and I will be requesting her! She is what customer service is about.
I was very happy with you Chuck but I thought that my car would have been vacuumed in the front and it wasn't. I was very disappointed with that. The car wash was great but there was no evidence of any vacuuming. I only bring this up because I was under the impression that it would be in the front. Otherwise very pleased.
Cierra has helped me in previous visits to the service department. She always manages to exceed my expectations and make my appointments go smoothly. She has a great grasp of the process and really hustles to make sure things go smoothly.
I was satisfied with the timeliness of the service recall but was a bit concerned as to why my car was dispensing fluid from a drainage tube underneath. I have not been able figure out why it occurred but was concerned at the timing of the event
