Austin located a rental car for me even though he was told there were none left. He fixed a problem with my rear door sensor that had not been totally fixed at the last appointment free of charge. He went above and beyond for me today and it was much appreciated.
Because she was concerned that I might be confused when I received both a text and an email about the service provided on 7.20, she called me last night to explain the situation. She also wanted me to know that today, when I was to pick up my car, was her day off and who I should check in with.

I'm having to make another trip down there to pick up the air filter that was not installed. The housing of the cabin air filter was left on my passenger floor board, totally dirty. I'm not happy about spending $150 on a oil change that was not even completed. I wish that would of scheduled worhvmy normal guy, Darrin. Hopefully next time :)
